Are our ID cards & accessories printed in-house

Yes they sure are. We print all our custom ID solutions in house to ensure the highest quality. 

Can you source products not on your site?

Even if the product isn't on our site, doesn't mean we can source it for you. Anything you want, we can find it for you. That's our guarantee.

Can you design the items for us?

We sure can, we have a dedicated team of designers to ensure your product is produced correctly the first time everytime 

What if my item/s don't make it in time for my event?

We have put in steps to avoid this. We give you constant updates with how the order is tracking with the progress of the order.

How fast will our items arrive?

Well that all depends on what items you are after. For some smaller in stock items it can be with you in 1-2 days, with bigger items it can be 1-3 weeks depending on the item.

We have a design already, can we just give it to you?

Of course, we can accept a variety of files including .ai, .pdf, .psd, and a few others. We have may have to alter it to ensure it is printed correctly but we will confirm with you before anything is printed.
